Workplace mediation is a process where two or more parties voluntarily attend a meeting facilitated by one of our certified mediators. The meeting’s purpose is to explore the issues underlying the difficult working relationship.

By design, the process typically ends quite quickly due to having an impartial party who is interested in finding common ground between everyone involved.
